3. Medical Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Content on the Site (including service descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, and testimonials) is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. A treatment relationship is formed only after appropriate intake, assessment, and consent as part of a scheduled visit or telemedicine encounter with a licensed provider. Individual results vary, and no outcome, including weight loss results, aesthetic results, or symptom improvement, is guaranteed.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use this Site or telemedicine services for emergency medical needs.
4. Eligibility and Patient Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to book services for yourself through the Site, or be the parent/legal guardian of a patient under 18 (subject to our minimum age policies for specific services). By booking or receiving services, you represent that:
- The medical, health, and contact information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will disclose relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and conditions to your provider
- You understand and will follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your provider
- You will obtain any required informed consent forms prior to treatment
5. Appointments, Booking, and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online through our third-party scheduling platform, by phone at 301-804-2181, or by email at info@naoneescare.com. We reserve the right to require a deposit, reschedule, or decline to schedule or perform any service at our clinical discretion, including where a service is not medically appropriate for you.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
6. Payment and Payment Plans
Fees for services, medications, and products are disclosed prior to treatment. Payment is due at the time of service unless you have enrolled in a payment plan through the Site’s Payment Plan option, in which case the terms disclosed at enrollment apply. We do not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement for any service; you are responsible for confirming your own coverage, if applicable, and for any amounts not covered.
All sales are final. All services and products purchased are non-refundable. Purchased services that remain unused six (6) months after the date of purchase are forfeited, with no credit or refund issued. Due to health and safety requirements applicable to medical and aesthetic products, all product purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Telemedicine
Where telemedicine services are offered, they are provided in accordance with applicable Maryland telehealth laws and regulations. Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person care (e.g., limited physical examination), and your provider may determine that an in-person visit is required. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically located in a jurisdiction where our providers are authorized to deliver telemedicine services at the time of your visit.
8. Prescription Medications and Aesthetic Treatments
Medications such as GLP-1 agonists (e.g., Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) and injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers carry known risks and potential side effects. These will be discussed with you, and a separate informed consent document specific to your treatment will be reviewed and signed prior to any procedure or prescription. Nothing on the Site is intended to promote off-label, unauthorized, or non-FDA-approved use of any medication.
9. Privacy and Health Information
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, available at naoneescare.com/privacy-policy/ or upon request. By using the Site and our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in those documents.
10. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, before/after images, and reviews on the Site reflect individual patient experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other individual. Results from weight loss programs, Botox, fillers, or IV therapy vary based on individual health, adherence to treatment plans, and other factors.
